Join us this September 18-20 for our 33rd Annual Joint Conference at Kiawah Island Golf Resort in SC!
Our past annual joint conferences have always been extremely successful and highly attended, with over 450 medical professionals in attendance this past September. Attendees include cardiologists, cardiovascular surgeons, fellows-in-training, cardiac care associates, nurses, program administrators and guests from across the Carolinas and surrounding states.
We will once again offer numerous beneficial sponsorship opportunities, as well as exhibit table tops in our exhibit hall and foyer, as well as upgraded table locations in prime locations. The exhibit space sold out in 2024 and 2025, be sure to apply to exhibit as soon as materials are released in order to receive an exhibitor table top location.
In addition, the Annual Conference will feature a Fellows-in-Training seminar, Cardiovascular Team seminar and a Women in Cardiology seminar to kick off the start of the Annual Conference on Friday, September 18.
Exhibitor hours will include a Friday evening Welcome Reception, Breakfast & Breaks on Saturday & Sunday held in the Exhibitor space.

Saturday Dinner at Mingo Point
*Dinner admission is limited to pre-registered dinner attendees. Nametags and dinner identifiers will be checked at the entrance. You must be registered in advance to attend the dinner by providing the names of your two attending exhibitor representatives to SCCACC and also wear your nametag.
** To help ensure an enjoyable experience for all attendees, exhibitor participation is limited to the number of registered exhibitor representatives included in your Sponsor Level and not beyond the amount listed below.
Dinner registration slots may not be exceeded, even if multiple staff members are scheduled to work the booth at different times.

W9 - payment MUST be made to the SC Chapter ACC
ICW - complete this form to request holding a meeting in conjunction with our conference in your own meeting space. Incomplete request forms to hold an ICW meeting will be denied.

How to reserve your space
Complete the exhibitor registration form and return with payment via ACH/wire transfer or pay by credit card using the following link (processing fees apply).
Deadline: Form AND payment MUST be received by Sept. 1 to reserve a table. A table will not be reserved or held, company will not be listed in event materials, or receive pre-conference attendee list until BOTH payment and reservation form are received.
Signed forms and payments received after this date are not guaranteed a space. Exhibit hall sells out in advance yearly.
No cancellations after September 2. ACH, wire transfer, Visa, MC and AMEX accepted. NO CHECKS ACCEPTED. Credit card and processing fees are unable to be refunded if you cancel.

A table is not held until your payment is confirmed by ACH, wire transfer or online by credit card and your exhibit reservation form is received.
