Deadline 

Form AND payment MUST be received by Sept. 1 to reserve a table.  A table will not be reserved or held, company will not be listed in event materials, or receive the conference attendee list until payment is received.  Payment must be received in advance of the conference. Signed forms and payments received after this date are not guaranteed a space.  Exhibit hall fills quickly.   No cancellations after September 2.
