He is with the SC Heart Center in Columbia, SC. Dr. Devlin earned his M.D. degree at Jefferson Medical College, Philadelphia, PA, and served his internship and residency in internal medicine at the Medical University of South Carolina, Charleston, SC. He completed his fellowship in cardiology at the Medical College of Georgia, Augusta, GA. Previously, Dr. Devlin served as chief of staff at Providence Hospital, Columbia, SC.
